LIT Terms of Service

Introduction

Welcome to LIT, provided by WB Digital LLC (“LIT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LIT’s mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18 but at least 13, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

You own the content you create on LIT, but you grant us a license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such content on the Service.

You agree to follow all laws and regulations when using the Service and not to conduct yourself in a way that could be considered harmful to others or to LIT.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service are owned by or licensed to WB Digital LLC. Your use of the Service does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, with or without notice.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

LIT is provided “as is,” and we disclaim all warranties and conditions. We will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. Modifications to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any modification confirms your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
